As the Founder of TrueHeal Global, Vishal is driven by the vision of creating a trusted wellness brand focused on preventive health and innovative wellness solutions, including advanced water ionization systems. His approach combines financial discipline, business strategy, market understanding, and a strong focus on delivering long-term value to customers.
His professional expertise spans Finance, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Commercial Operations, Financial Analysis, Process Improvement, Revenue Management, and Business Strategy. Dr. Kanchan Akshay is a business management professional, entrepreneur and Co-Founder of True Heal Global LLP, with over 16 years of experience in Business management education and people development.
A PhD in Management and an MMS in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai, Dr. Kanchan began her professional journey in the corporate sector before moving into management education. Over the years, she has worked extensively with management students, industry experts and young professionals, gaining deep experience in understanding people, communication, professional behaviour and the changing expectations of the business world.
Her professional journey has extended beyond the classroom into career development, communication, digital marketing, industry engagement and skill development. This diverse experience has shaped her approach to business—one that places strong emphasis on understanding the customer, communicating ideas simply and building relationships that create long-term value.
Today, as Co-Founder of True Heal Global LLP, Dr. Kanchan leads the brand's marketing, product promotion and customer engagement initiatives.
Her role involves building awareness for True Heal Global and its Hydrogen & Alkaline Water Solutions, developing marketing strategies and communication, creating customer-facing content, building professional and business partnerships, and taking the products to different audiences through awareness initiatives, product demonstrations and direct engagement.
